Chapter 10

While you are in college, make sure that stay healthy.  If you are on campus, then you are likely to eat the food at the Dining area most of the time.  Make sure to exercise regularly, stay in shape.  Since college is hard, make sure that you get enough sleep.  If you don't get enough sleep then you will not be ready for the tasks that you will be doing the next day.  Do not start smoking, because smoking is a bad habit.  Once you start it will be hard to get rid of that habit.  Do not always get stressed out.  Kind ways to not get stressed.  You want to stay calm and not worry about what is or can happen.  If you are worried or try to do the things others are doing, then you are stressing out.  If you need help, with anything, go and talk to someone because that person you talk to might help you in the right direction and the right way.
